Role Overview

Own the core API and blockchain integration layer — the infrastructure that powers FANN's marketplace at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build services that certify artworks and process payments
  • Architect microservices with reliability and observability in mind
  • Collaborate with the frontend team on API contracts and versioning
  • Lead code reviews and set engineering standards for the backend guild

Requirements

  • ·5+ years backend experience (Node.js / Python)
  • ·Experience with blockchain (Ethereum, Solana, or similar)
  • ·PostgreSQL, Redis, microservices architecture
  • ·REST API design and OpenAPI documentation

Role Overview

Shape the visual and interaction design of FANN's marketplace and artist tools, working directly with founders.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end design from concept through to shipped product
  • Build and maintain the FANN design system in Figma
  • Run usability sessions and translate findings into design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with engineering on implementation quality

Requirements

  • ·Portfolio demonstrating product and system design
  • ·Figma proficiency
  • ·Experience designing for e-commerce or fintech platforms
  • ·Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Role Overview

Work alongside FANN's AI to verify provenance, assess condition, and document artworks — bridging tech and the traditional art world.

What You'll Do

  • Review and authenticate artwork submissions and provenance documents
  • Liaise with galleries, auction houses, and artists on certification
  • Help refine our AI verification pipeline with domain expertise
  • Build relationships with trusted experts in the art community

Requirements

  • ·Degree in Art History, Fine Art, or Museum Studies
  • ·2+ years experience in auction house, gallery, or museum
  • ·Knowledge of provenance research methods
  • ·Familiarity with art databases (Art Loss Register, etc.)

Role Overview

Drive artist and collector acquisition across digital channels, communicating FANN's unique value proposition globally.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute paid social, SEO, and email automation campaigns
  • Own acquisition and activation metrics for artist and collector funnels
  • Develop creative briefs and work with design on campaign assets
  • Report weekly on performance with data-backed recommendations

Requirements

  • ·4+ years in growth or performance marketing
  • ·Experience with paid social, SEO, and email automation
  • ·Data-driven approach with analytics tool proficiency
  • ·Passion for art and culture (bonus: existing industry network)

Role Overview

Represent FANN in your region. Build relationships with local artists, galleries, and collectors and earn commissions on referrals.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with artists, galleries, and collectors in your region
  • Host or co-host local FANN events and collector gatherings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional community members
  • Provide on-the-ground market insights back to the FANN team
